A 16-year-old boy was killed when he ran a red light at Eastern and Reno avenues early Thursday, police said. The teen, identified as David Isac Escobar of Las Vegas, was driving a 1994 Toyota 4Runner west on Reno when he ran the red light at Eastern at 12:11 a.m.
